The last conference phone was plug and play. This was a little harder to get going and you definitely had to read the directions. The range of the wireless was not as good as the old phone, and we had to move the phone line about 15' closer to where it was used. I don't really use it that much, and those that did, thought it worked well and that is what ultimately counts. They found that once I told them how it works, that it was easy for them to use and that is a plus. I feel though that without my original install they might have found it a little harder to set up.
